Dear SHIB Buyers With Paper Hands Panic Selling… Read This Before You Sell
Diamond Hands. Due Diligence. Volatility. This is crypto and the ride is never a straight climb up. If your wanting to panic sell because you bought in at around .00007 and are freaked out at the dip of .000059 don’t sell! Their is a better way to mitigate your loss. It’s called a dollar cost average (DCA). Buy the dip. Read on…
So how does dollar cost average work. Think of it like this. You buy 10,000,000 SHIB at the top at .00008 for about $800. It dips to .00005. Instead of panic selling you buy another 10,000,000 SHIB now at the price of $500. Take $800 plus $500 and divide that by your total SHIB 20,000,000 your dollar cost average is now .000065 per SHIB.
When SHIB starts it’s next rally you will have more SHIB. Your DCA average has been reduced to .00065 you’ll start getting gains above .000065. You have played and won the game. Why does this work so well?
If you panic sold at .00005 because you freaked out you’d have nothing. You’d have lost $300 dollars. Don’t make this noob mistake. The beauty of dollar cost averaging down is you’ll have more SHIB and not only that your buy in price is now .000065 instead of .00008. So when SHIB hits .00008 again your portfolio value will $1600 and you will be $300 dollars up.
If you didn’t sell and you simply HODLed you would have broke even when it goes back up to .00008.
What is the point of this article? Don’t panic sell. Mitigate your losses. Dollar cost average down to drop hour buy in cost and earn more when it rises again.
Next time you see a dip don’t panic. HODL or dollar cost average down to improve your earning position. This is how to play the game of crypto. Don’t let the market crush you, learn to buy the dips and increase your gains.
