How You Can Protect Yourself from the Covid19 Corona Virus

How to prevent corona virus in your day to day activity.
1. Wear a Mask. Why? If you have the virus wearing a mass prevents you from spreading it when you sneeze or cough. If you don’t have the virus wearing a mask in a room or closed area can protect you to some extent pending on the type of mask your using. If everyone wore a mask it would help prevent it from spreading further. Their are arguments to both sides of this but from me… wear a mask. I have spoken.
2. Carry hand alcohol disinfectant. If your in public and touching surfaces and hand rails use the disinfectant for your safety before you eat or touch your face.
3. Wash hands for at least 20s wash your hands and wrists too. Doctors do it you should too. Wash frequently it doesn’t hurt.
4. Stop buying toilet paper. Don’t be a hoarder. Toilet paper is not going to protect you from the virus. It’s simply a panic buy. So buy what you need for the next two weeks and be done with it.
5. Dis-information. Please be aware of disinformation. Not all info is reliable even it sounds like it’s coming from a doctor.
Use common sense follow steps 1–3 no matter what anyone says.
6. Covid19 is not the Flu. It’s part of the SARS and MERS virus.
7. If you have a temperature of 37.5 or more or are not feeling well or if you have suspicion based on the places you have been, go see a doctor.
8. ASIAN PEOPLE DON’T CARRY THE DAMN VIRUS. COVID19 DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE. Anyone can catch it don’t be a xenophobic ignorant buffoon.
